Definition:

The Holy Spirit empowers us to live holy lives. (Jehovah M’Kaddesh)

Sanctification is that act of God within the sinner in which God works with the new man in a lifelong process of restoration.

We praise you because are the Lord who sanctifies.

May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
